Quit Smoking Tracker counts the time since your last cigarette and shows what that time has
already given back to you. What it does is described here in plain words.
What's inside
Live timer: days, hours, minutes and seconds since you quit, from the date and time you enter.
Overall progress: cigarettes not smoked, money saved and life time regained, calculated from your own daily habit and pack price; a day/week/month/year breakdown.
Health improvements: eight recovery milestones with a progress bar each, based on the World Health Organization's timeline.
Achievements: 36 badges for smoke-free days, cigarettes avoided, money saved and time regained, each with a countdown to the next one.
Beat your cravings: a guided box-breathing exercise, a tip of the day and the quit line for your region.
Milestone notifications: optional local reminders when a badge or health milestone is reached; you can switch them off any time.
Export: share your numbers as text or a JSON file from Settings whenever you want.
Your data stays on your phone
Everything you enter is stored on your own device. There is no account to create, nothing
to log into, no sync, and no analytics or tracking SDK in the app. The
privacy policy sets out exactly what that means, including the one
third-party service involved when you buy a subscription.
