Email scanlystudio.support@proton.me and a person will answer. Please say which phone you are on and what you were doing when it went wrong. It usually saves a round trip.
Subscriptions are billed by the store, not by us, so they are cancelled on your phone rather than in the app.
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Quit Smoking Tracker →
Cancel Subscription.
On Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions →
Subscriptions → Quit Smoking Tracker → Cancel subscription.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you have already paid for runs out.
Where a plan includes a free trial, its length and the price charged afterwards are shown on the plan screen before you confirm. A trial is available once per store account. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are not charged; the store reminds you before the trial converts.
Tap Restore on the plan screen. That asks the store for purchases made with the account currently signed in on the device — your Apple Account on iPhone, your Google account on Android — so if you bought it on a different account, sign into that one first. If Restore still finds nothing, email us with the receipt the store sent you and we will sort it out.
Refunds are handled entirely by the store. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple Account you bought with. On Android, use Google Play’s refund request form with the Google account you bought with. We cannot issue a refund on the store’s behalf, but tell us what went wrong anyway: it is how the app gets better.
Your history lives only on the phone you entered it on. There is no account or cloud copy on our side, so it travels with a normal device backup and restore (iCloud or a computer on iPhone, Google One backup on Android), not through the app.
Your entries are stored on your phone and nowhere else, so deleting the app deletes them. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
